ICEF2026 - Registration for Participants
ICEF2026 will be held as a hybrid event. You can participate either in-person or online.
In-person participants
Registration deadline: September 25, 2026 (Friday) 15:00 (JST)
*If the venue reaches capacity, we kindly ask that you participate online.
*Participation is free of charge.

The Secretariat (icef-secretariat@f-gbp.jp) will send your admission pass required for check-in at the reception desk on the day of the event to your registered email address by around Thursday, October 1.
*If you are not selected in the lottery, please participate online. We will send you information concerning the online program together with the lottery results. - If you live outside of Japan and wish to participate in-person, please understand that the ICEF Secretariat cannot provide any special assistance, including issuance of visa application materials.
- After the in-person registration deadline, it is only possible to apply for online participation.
Online participants
Registration deadline: October 8, 2026 (Thursday) (*By the end of the Session)

The Secretariat (icef-secretariat@f-gbp.jp) will send information regarding online viewing on the day of the event to your registered email address by around Friday, October 2.
*The same information will be sent by auto-reply email to persons applying on or after Friday, September 25, after we receive your registration.

- Participation is free of charge.
- Please note that the deadlines for in-person and online participation are different.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email after submitting your application or if you do not receive an email regarding attendance or viewing from the secretariat, please contact the secretariat.
